Quick and Easy Oven Roasted Carrots

Step by step process:-

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Wash and clean the carrots

Cut in thick pieces for better texture once baked -

Add olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Coat carrots in the bowl thoroughly

Layout in baking sheet - make sure to have them not touch each other that much to ensure crispiness on the edges.

Bake for about 20-22 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkler with parsley
