Quick and Easy Oven Roasted Carrots

Quick and Easy Oven Roasted Carrots

These caramelized carrots are to die for!

Ingredients

  • Carrots - 1 lb. (thick-cut)
  • Olive oil - 3 Tbsp.
  • Pepper (generous coating) - about 1/2 Tbsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Parsley - for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Wash, clean and chop carrots in thick cuts or smaller - per your desire (I like them thicker because then it gets crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - absolute yum!)
  3. Coat with Olive oil, salt, and pepper
  4. Layout in baking sheet - make sure to have them not touch each other that much to ensure crispiness on the edges.
  5. Bake for about 20-22 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkler with parsley
  6. Serve warm

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Wash and clean the carrots

Cut in thick pieces for better texture once baked -
