Pasta with Sausage and Bell Peppers

Pasta with Sausage and Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • Farfalle pasta – 16 oz.
  • Italian sausage – 2 each
  • Green bell pepper – 1 each
  • Tomato – 1 each
  • White onion – 1/2
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Minced garlic – 1 tbsp.
  • Oregano – 1 tsp.
  • Salt/garlic salt – to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients together
  2. Dice all the ingredients and gather all the flavors.
  3. Heat olive oil. Once hot, add onions and green bell peppers to saute
  4. Once it’s a little fried, add in the tomatoes. Finally, add sausages
  5. In a large pot, bring water to boil. Once boiling, add pasta. Cook for 10-12 minutes for al-dente
  6. Drain the pasta and mix the above mixture and the pasta
  7. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top for that perfect flavor
  8. Serve warm.
