Pasta with Sausage and Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- Farfalle pasta – 16 oz.
- Italian sausage – 2 each
- Green bell pepper – 1 each
- Tomato – 1 each
- White onion – 1/2
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Minced garlic – 1 tbsp.
- Oregano – 1 tsp.
- Salt/garlic salt – to taste
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients together
- Dice all the ingredients and gather all the flavors.
- Heat olive oil. Once hot, add onions and green bell peppers to saute
- Once it’s a little fried, add in the tomatoes. Finally, add sausages
- In a large pot, bring water to boil. Once boiling, add pasta. Cook for 10-12 minutes for al-dente
- Drain the pasta and mix the above mixture and the pasta
- Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top for that perfect flavor
- Serve warm.
